Text Messaging Terms and Consent

1. How to text us

Our texting number is (720) 741-1984. It is one number for all three products: HousingOS, ApplicationOS and Scope Writer. Texting it is the simplest way to opt in. You can also reach us by phone at (714) 523-2033 ext. 204 or by email at inquiry@HousingProgramsSoftware.com; those do not sign you up for texts.

2. What the messages are

We send customer care messages: replies to questions you text us, support follow-ups, confirmations and reminders for demonstrations you schedule, and notices about your HousingOS, ApplicationOS or Scope Writer account or service that you need to know about. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not send text messages to applicants or homeowners who apply through an agency's ApplicationOS portal.

3. How you opt in

We text only people who have agreed to it, in one of three ways:

• You text us first at (720) 741-1984. Sending a message is your agreement to receive replies and customer care messages at that number.
• You check the texting box on our contact page demo request form. The box is unchecked until you check it, and leaving it unchecked does not affect your request.
• You ask us by phone or email to text you, and give us the number to use.

Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of buying or using any of our products.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Most customers receive a few messages a month, and more while we are working on a support request together or arranging a demonstration.

5. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging charges apply to every text you send or receive. Check with your carrier if you are not sure what your plan includes.

6. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us and you will be unsubscribed. We send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further texts. You can also ask us to stop by phone or email. To start again later, text us again or ask us.

8. Your mobile number and privacy

We use your mobile number only to send the messages described above and to keep a record of your consent and your opt-out. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our texting provider handles messages on our behalf, and we do not sell your number. 9. Carriers

Text messaging is supported by major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We can only text numbers in the United States.
